Our Tutor Team

Our talented tutors bring a wealth of experience, passion and enthusiasm to every Gantry class. They are dedicated to helping young people develop their skills, confidence and creativity while making sure every session is fun, supportive and inclusive.

Our tutors have experience across acting, musical theatre, singing and performance, and are passionate about sharing their knowledge with the next generation of performers. They work closely with our students throughout the year, helping them develop their individual talents and encouraging them to discover their own confidence and creativity.

Whether a young person is completely new to performing or has been on stage for years, our tutors are committed to helping every student feel supported, valued and proud of what they achieve at Gantry.

Lily
Tutor

Lily holds a degree in Special Educational Needs and a PGCE, bringing a strong educational foundation to her work as a Performing Arts teacher. She currently teaches Performing Arts at secondary school level and continues that high standard of education at Gantry. At Gantry, Lily teaches both Act Attack and Act Academy, working closely with our youngest performers. She is deeply committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to shine, focusing on building confidence and teaching fundamental performance skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. With extensive experience across all aspects of theatrical productions, Lily is passionate about helping children achieve their very best. Her classes are energetic, encouraging, and fun, creating a space where students can grow, express themselves, and enjoy the journey of performing along the way.

Tutor

Katy tutors Theatrescope, Principal Performers and our Vocal Class.

Katy has Degree in performance and a natural ability to connect with young performers and bring out the very best in each student, building confidence, individuality and strong performance skills. Her teaching style is encouraging, inclusive and grounded in a genuine passion for helping young people grow — not just as performers, but as people. Her commitment to her students shines through in every rehearsal, lesson and production she is part of.

Our Assistant Tutor Team

Our Assistant Tutors are an important part of the Gantry team. Many of them have grown up through our own classes and productions, so they understand first-hand what it is like to be a young performer at Gantry.

Working alongside our tutors, they support students during classes, help with activities and rehearsals, encourage our younger performers and assist with showcases and productions. They are fantastic role models for our students and bring lots of enthusiasm, experience and encouragement to every session.
